2023-2024 Report an Absence (This does NOT mean they're excused)

Please use this form to report any absence that will last longer than 3 days. Complete one form per student. Attendance hours that are missed are expected to be made up at a different time. Work that is missed is also expected to be completed at a different time. If you're absent for 3 days, you will have missed roughly 12+ hours of attendance. Please plan accordingly to get the missing hours of attendance added to future days when your student returns. You can add attendance on weekends and holidays as well.
