    If student is 18 or over, the 18 year old student must complete AND SIGN the request themselves as Legal Guardian. DUE TO FEDERAL LAW, PARENTS CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO STUDENT RECORDS OF ANY KIND FOR AN 18 YEAR OLD OR ABOVE.

  • To update the address on the account, you will need to provide a new PROOF OF RESIDENCY DOCUMENT. Please have the document ready to upload.

    Any student or Legal Guardian/Parent address change will automatically update for physical, shipping, and mailing addresses.

    If multiple learning coaches are assigned the system cannot guarantee which LC will receive our emailed communication. 

    Once new LC is added to account, they will receive an email from K12 with a registration ID to set up their LC account.
